I've always had a deep passion for technology — tinkering with computers, building networks, and figuring out how things work. Over the years, that passion turned into real expertise.
I earned my Google IT Support Professional Certificate through Coursera, covering everything from technical support fundamentals to networking, system administration, and IT security. I also completed a rigorous software engineering bootcamp, which deepened my skills in building and maintaining modern software systems.
As a father of three living in Rocklin, I saw firsthand how much everyday people struggle with tech — setting up new devices, moving data, dealing with slow computers. Most people don't need a big-box repair shop. They just need a knowledgeable neighbor who can actually explain what's going on.
